Mission Statement:

To reach out to children and their families and show them how knowing Jesus Christ makes a difference in their lives.

Purpose:

1. To provide an energetic children's ministry where parents are equipped and involved and where children develop and maintain a life-long relationship with Jesus Christ.

2. To provide a safe environment for all kids who enter Cambridge Church.

What Parents Can Expect On a Sunday Morning:

Our typical program for children who are 3 years old through Middle School begins in church for the songs and Bible readings. Then they'll head out to their classrooms just before the sermon. They will come to receive a blessing during Communion and then return to their classrooms where you can pick them up after the service.

Children 2 years old and under may be taken to their rooms prior to the service, and can stay there until the end of the service. Parents sometimes choose to pick up their child at the beginning of Communion to celebrate together.

Of course, if for any reason parents would like to keep their kids with them during the service, that is great with us!

Children’s Ministry Age Groups:

Nursery: 0 to 3 yrs
Preschool: 3 yrs to Pre-Kindergarden
Kid's Church: Kindergarten through 5th grade
