Our Worship Style
We have an incredible band that will help you connect with God through upbeat, energetic, powerful worship songs. Our worship leader, Chris Sieggen, is a singer/songwriter who has worked in the industry for years, and he has brought together some incredible musicians to help us focus our attention on God every Sunday.
What can you expect on a Sunday morning? Songs from Chris Tomlin, David Crowder, Derek Webb, Passion, and the like. We like to say that our worship team is one of the best in the city...come see for yourself!

This teaching event is designed to refresh, inspire and equip worship leaders, pastors and praise teams who are seeking to help their congregations move ahead together in worship. It is suitable for team members of any skill level. We recommend pastors and ministers attend together with their music team. This is a teaching event, so feel free to leave the instruments at home!
What Will I Learn?
Values and principles of modern worship.
Practical details that can be easily and immediately applied in any setting.
Long term foundations on which to build your worship team.
Content of the Seminar:
"What's with all the singing?" -- Is worship a gift or a task? And if we were created to worship, what exactly does that mean? Why can't it just be the way it used to be?
"Building Trust" -- What can the worship team do to help the church move ahead in worship?
"Entrances and Exits" -- How can we help congregations more? What might we be doing to hinder their ability to worship? Why does it sometimes seem like such hard work?
"Making the most of your musical resources" -- How can the worship team work together better? Are there ways we can sound better that won't take years of work?

Testimonials:
Tim Hughes (worship leader and songwriter, "Here I am to Worship", "Beautiful One"),
Andy has an amazing heart to equip and train both musicians and worship leaders. Whether its bringing encouragement, input to develop individual gifts or teaching to resource teams, Andy is amazing. He has enormous experience and is a person I hugely admire and respect. I'd always listen very closely to anything Andy has to say!"
Matt Redman (worship leader and songwriter, "You Never Let Go", "Blessed be Your Name"),
"I have known Andy for over a decade and have never failed to be stretched by his creativity, encouraged by his pastoral heart and blessed by his friendship. His strong desire to mentor and sharpen worship teams is matched by much skill, experience and wisdom. This training will be a dynamic and valuable tool for many a worshipping church."
Bishop Sandy Millar, London,
"Andy has always encouraged people to take pleasure in worship and perhaps one of his greatest gifts is his ability to draw others into his own great enthusiasm for worshipping God. He is not so much a leader as an encourager of worship whose enthusiasm and sensitivity can quickly inspire a gathering of people of all ages, talents and musical tastes to join together with him in wholehearted worship of God!"
Martin Smith, Delirious?,
"When we first started out writing, recording and leading worship, Andy was there to guide us through and watch our first baby steps. His experience in the music industry and years of music coordinating in the local church set him apart as one of the premier figures in his field. If you need help then he's your man."
Eric Speece, Church of the Good Shepherd, Davidson, NC
"He helped us develop our understandings of such things as song selection, style and most of all, our role within the local congregation. Personally, I walked away from Andy's class with the confidence to do what God has called me to do. The proof of that came in the time of worship the following Sunday!"
